Teaching GIS methodology in Real Estate Schools
Track: Designing Curriculum and Degree Programs for Higher Education

Real Estate Schools prepare their students to enter the real estate profession, become real estate agents and brokers. These schools have not to date incorporated learning GIS applications into their curriculum. This paper discusses a possible 'introduction to GIS and its benefits to real estate professionals' module that would become a mandatory component in such schools.
