Launching ArcGIS Server and interactive mapping to promote collaboration across 72 college disticts in Californa centered on the creation of district boundary maps.

Building GIS infrastructure to promote statewide collaboration throughout the California Community College System was rife with challenges of resources, manpower and know-how. Success was found by merging existing and new technology with innovative approaches to teamwork, map creation and hosting.
