Today the managers and planners of the education in Chile have a system of territorial information in http://atlas.mineduc.cl/pmgt
Beside knowing the characteristics of more than twelve thousand schools they tell with access to maps with regional analyses that the same system delivers in format KML and NMF.
The Google Earth and the ArgGIS Explorer have advantages and disadvantages. Which is the best?
The response is relative; nevertheless, always the service of maps will be available in the traditional ArcGIS and format shape for the users who do not decide.
