The Path Not Yet taken: A Plan for Equitable Technology Integration

This paper presents a comprehensive plan for the integration of technology in Chatham County Schools in North Carolina. In describing the context of where the schools are now, the author used ArcMap in order to frame the diversity of the school district at the high school level of analysis. The use of GIS in this paper served to highlight disparities in demographics, resources available, and access to ICT at the high school level in order to justify a new course of action.
