Many existing software products only tackle one or some management issues in water/wastewater business such as assets management. This paper presents an integrated water/wastewater management system that provides complete management solutions for water/wastewater organizations including assets management, customer (account) management, engineering management, GIS/mapping, operation/maintenance management, financial (capital projects) management, and infiltration/inflow management. This module-based, custom-designed system allows multilevel staff of the organization, such as manager, engineer, field crew, and office clerk, to operate the system with a simple point and click. |
