This application is designed with the philosophy that graphical design of utility facilities should be driven primarily by engineering standards for reasons such as standardized facility design; consistent cost estimating; easy approval process; easy integration to other systems; and most importantly, automatically generated, placed, and connected facility objects that could become part of a viable and functional facility network. |
