Increased runoff as a result of new development today is affecting the health of our watersheds. The eventual contribution of this research is to provide landscape architects/designers and planners the methods and (ArcView GIS) tools to efficiently and accurately test various development design scenarios (perhaps originating CAD) and thus determine the design of least hydrologic impact.
