The U.S. military utilizes smokes and obscurants in their training doctrine and must model their dispersion in order to calculate the effects of the training on the environment and its inhabitants. An easy-to-use Web-based interface with spatial analysis capabilities was required to provide advanced dispersion modeling capabilities. This paper discusses the end product of this work, consisting of four parts, utilizing MapObjects, MapObjects Internet Map Server (IMS), Java, HTML, and Visual Basic.
