This paper will present an overview of the City of Portland "data hub," which provides enterprise access and tools to City bureaus, regional partners, customers, and the general public. Additionally, the paper will focus on the hub data maintenance applications, which provide for "quality data maintenance" and multiparticipant management.

The approach of the paper will be to focus on the integration of components and design used to achieve the hub. The Portland Hub has achieved many firsts in its overall level of component integration including Esri software.

The Portland Hub provides an outstanding example of a leading edge enterprise data environment that can provide guidance for others interested in a strong data foundation to serve a wide variety of users.
