Military training alters the military installation landscape. A demand exists for land managers to have a way to access and prioritize the potential need for rehabilitation of training areas. To address this demand, the Land Rehabilitation Potential Model (LRPM) was developed to provide this functionality in a user-friendly environment. This paper will discuss the development of LRPM and its utilization of MapObjects and Visual Basic to create a user-friendly decision environment for land managers.
