Implementation of an ArcView GIS-based geographic information system for road inventory and planning in Guatemala. Describes the use of ArcView GIS in the building, maintenance, and planning of a roads information system used to see and evaluate the physical condition of roads, interlaced with video recordings of more than 9,000 kilometers of unpaved roads in Guatemala.
