It will outline commonalties between users as well as local variations. A standard methodology will be presented that covers data collection, software implementation, staff, and organization constraints. Options on how to structure the zoning theme will be discussed extensively along with physical (i.e., floodplains) and administrative (i.e., historic districts) themes, which affect zoning decisions. We will also identify several low-cost methods to access zoning and variance case data. |
