The focus of our work is to understand markets, identify trade areas, and analyze sites. We have developed and refined several tools/processes to help us with this work, all based on spatial information. One model is called Tenant Finder, which has been revised to use GIS data and an Access spreadsheet to suggest tenants for vacant sites. The Site Locator model helps us identify and rank trade areas that match a client's criteria. |
