Phone: 416-441-6035 This presentation discusses how the City of Oshawa, Ontario, has streamlined and integrated land processes and data management issues throughout all government departments. Oshawa chose Esri's ArcView GIS and ArcInfo software in combination with NovaLIS's Integrated Product Suite: Local Government Office, Parcel Editor, and Assessment Office. This complete solution enabled them to achieve their goal of updating data only once, instead of having duplicate tasks performed by different departments. All staff now have access to updated spatial and attribute data and a greater number of analytical tools. |
