Abstract
Broad Integration of ArcView into Environmental/Agriculture/Natural Resources Curriculum

This paper will review the inclusion of specific GIS courses into environmental, agriculture, and natural resources curriculum, as well as how GIS has been inherently infused throughout the curriculum in several Midwest community colleges. Courses such as Geospatial Data Collection and Agriculture Spatial Analysis may have obvious applications of ArcView. Specific examples will also be given on the use of ArcView in courses such as Principles of Soil Science, Environmental Conservation, Park Management, Introduction to Statistics, and Livestock Management
