Promoting Land Use Control Awareness: Navy BRAC LUCIS

This paper describes a system designed for the Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC) to track and provide public access to environmental land use control information on Navy BRAC property. The system helps mitigate liability by allowing the public to directly access Navy BRAC property data on the Web, view original property boundaries, and view associated legal and environmental documents.
