Tobin's LandGIS: The Ultimate Land Records Spatial Creation ToolTrack: Application Development

LandGIS from Tobin International is the perfect tool for the creation of spatial land records for energy to forestry to right-of-way and utility applications. Created originally in ArcView and currently being migrated to Arc 8 technology, it specializes in the creation of polygonal spatial objects from textual information (e.g., Jeffersonian, metes and bounds, survey/abstract, and many other types of legal descriptions). Linked also at a database level, including ArcSDE, it is unique within the land/lease records community for its power and flexibilty in creating, managing, editing, and linking spatial and textual data. Exported to Tobin Tools for Land (a MapObjects application), these are the perfect tools for the cadastral and land records professional.
