This paper discussess a framework for an integrated information management system for architectural design, engineering, and construction based on GIS technology and GIS-based tools. The system can potentially enable architectural project participants to access, navigate, and manipulate information typically used in architectural projects to support the decision making process in an integrated environment during various project phases.
