Georgia Puts Comprehensive Plans On-Line Using ArcIMS

The State of Georgia's Department of Community Affairs has empowered community planners with a Web-enabled planning support system for preparing and publishing comprehensive plans. The planning support system called PlanBuilder provides decision support tools, data visualization, GIS, and knowledge management to planners, local governments, and all interested citizens.
