Abstract
Updating Geospatial Datasets
Track: Database Design, Automation, and Management

There are many prescribed methods and recommendations available to the GIS community on how to procure and develop mapping data. There are few, however, recommended approaches for managing the update cycle. This paper should be used to assist the user in the inventory, preparation, execution, and checking of updated geospatial data. These recommendations are based on Surdex Corporation Staff's collective experience as photogrammetric providers of geospatial data.
