Developing a Large Urban Enterprise GIS

The City of Cleveland GIS Program will result in an innovative, dynamic, and immediate impact solution for the City of Cleveland's 38 participating Divisions/offices. A comprehensive requirements analysis governs the pilot application development efforts and data conversion requirements. Program management structure, work flow process modeling approach, application requirements documents, and organizational structure/staffing will be presented. City staff and MWH will highlight the project's achievements to date and discuss current issues and challenges. The Cleveland City-wide GIS Program is currently one of the premier GIS projects in the United States.
