ArcView 3.x is used to manage the real estate assets of the North County Transit District, an agency responsible for maintaining rail and bus service in North San Diego County. The agency owns, or has an interest in, hundreds of parcels throughout the County, many with associated lease agreements. The system uses Microsoft Access, Adobe Acrobat, and ArcView 3.2 to organize and maintain these agreements. Hotlinks are used for retrival and display of agreements, photographs and panoramic views.
