This paper details the strategic role which GIS plays in decision making and strategic planning at Arrowhead Credit Union. Using Esri's ArcView Business Analyst, users at Arrowhead are able to profile and understand member needs, prospect for new branch and ATM locations, analyze market penetration and competitive threats, identify profitable areas for new business, and create queries based on financial, demographic and household data.
