Abstract
 Project Safe Neighborhoods Mapping and Analysis Program Track: Law Enforcement and Criminal Justice Author(s): Alison Price-McGinnis, Kevin Switala The United States Attorney's Office (USAO), in conjunction with the Middle Atlantic-Great Lakes Organized Crime Law Enforcement Network (MAGLOCLEN), developed a Web-deployed, multi-jurisdictional crime analysis and mapping system for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Supporting President Bush's Project Safe Neighborhoods Initiative, this application collects and archives a wealth of violent crime data and provides analysis and mapping tools to users through an accessible Web interface. This presentation will focus on the findings of the project to date and a demonstration of this application.
