Abstract
ArcIMS Customization for Water and Wastewater Utilities at MCSED Track: Water, Wastewater, and Stormwater Author(s): Judy Holtvogt, Matt Hilliard In order to meet the needs of the office personnel and field personnel, the Montgomery County Sanitary Engineering Department's ArcIMS site needed to be tailored for select queries along with integrating data from several resources. This presentation will show how our ArcIMS site was enhanced using ColdFusion, how the Customer Information System (H.T.E.) data is being made available through ArcIMS, and additional tools, such as the DIRT form, that have been developed for the field personnel to report corrections to the GIS data that are needed. In addition, information is being provided from TV reports and other Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) data that is valuable information for assisting MCSED staff and customers.
