GPS Project Submittal to the National Geodetic Survey-a Manager's Perspective on "Bluebooking" Track: Surveying Author(s): Jeff Olsen The positional uncertainty of GIS data sets varies, from meters to centimeters. GIS managers needing high accuracy will appreciate a network of precise ground monuments on which to base locations. A consultant can establish such a network by GPS. This seminar covers the broad concepts of submitting a GPS project to NGS for publication.
