Abstract
Use of GIS and Aviation in Tsunami Relief and Development Track: Sustainable Development and Humanitarian Affairs Author(s): Walter Jarrett, Ghislaine Benney Mission Aviation Fellowship (MAF) has provided aviation, information technology, and learning technology services to nearly 600 Christian and humanitarian organizations worldwide for 60 years. MAF has been using GIS to support this mission since 1990. More recently, this has included Tsunami relief in Indonesia and supporting MAF's Operation Access to survey sustainable development factors and needs in the communities they support. 1.
