Abstract
European Terroir Track: Agriculture Author(s): Anthony Hewitt This project examines the physical aspects of Wine Terroir by looking at some of the famous European wine varietals. By determining the relationships of the contributing physical elements of these source varietals, one can apply these relationships to other areas in order to rate the grow-ability of the varietal. The project tests the theory that wine varietals grow best in conditions similar to those in the varietal source regions.
