What's in a name? In the case of   Weapons of Mass Destruction (WMD), the term WMD has elicited broad international opinion and interest. What was once a niche target type accounting for less than 1% of the typical target set, now is a preeminent concern for analyst, exercise planners and operational staffs.  The increased interest brings accelerated requirements, and these accelerated requirements demand, better faster cheaper and universally accessible capabilities.  The community is replete with stand-alone applications that address specific requirements, but when it comes to globally accessible, shared datasets, common calculations and industry leading geo-spatial information technologies available through Esri products used for Chemical Biological Radiological, Nuclear, Explosive (CBRNE) targeting, assessment, and analysis the pool of available capabilities wanes to one.  Through their role as a Science and Technology (S&T) developer, DTRA has successfully developed just the architecture that meets these burgeoning critical requirements, built around a J2EE implementation of commercial joint mapping toolkit (CJMTK) technologies provided though
