AbstractForeclosure Mitigation Within the City of North Las Vegas IITrack: State and Local Government Author The City of North Las Vegas (CNLV) continues to experience high residential foreclosure rates. CNLV has received and is currently spending its allotment of funds from the Housing and Economic Recovery Act of 2008 (HERA) to assist with issues arising from foreclosure rates. CNLV is continuing to perform analysis, using GIS technology as a key component, to decide how and where it can most effectively spend funding it has been allotted.
