AbstractRegional Management—Meeting Multilevel Stakeholder DemandsTrack: GIS Organization, Management, and Implementation Author The Marine Corps GIS Program (GEOFidelis) has implemented regional geospatial technology centers in an effort to better serve the organization as a whole. Supporting users working at the department level, Installation/Base-wide level, regional level, and enterprise (Marine Corp-wide) level as well as across business functions is very challenging. Priorities and requirements at one end of the spectrum often do not align with requirements at the other end. Tasked with supporting these seemingly opposing set of priorities and requirements the Western Regional Geospatial Data Center (GEOFIWEST) located at Camp Pendleton, California applies innovative and efficient technical solutions to address this dilemma.
