Track: Water, Wastewater, and Storm Water
Authors: Tom Mansfield, Kirk McClurkin, Mary Helen Wood

The Southgate Water and Sanitation Districts located in Centennial, Colorado, operates and maintains water distribution and wastewater collection systems that provide service to Colorado residents. Woolpert and Southgate used an Agile development methodology to build a custom ArcGIS server-based web application know as 'RAVIN' (Resource And Visual Information Network) to disseminate, access and manage information in support of utility operations and management. An Agile SCRUM development approach was utilized to facilitate efficient and focused developed and acceptance. This presentation will be an interactive combination of the SCRUM methodology description and its benefits, an overview of application requirements and a live demonstration of the final application.
