Knowing where our customers are during a major catastrophe is essential in enabling RSA to provide them with help when they need it most.

RSA have made significant advances in supporting their customers by proactively responding to major events in the United Kingdom such as floods, fires, landslides and tornados.

This presentation will demonstrate how RSA is exploiting geography, GIS and business information in order to rapidly identify customers who may be affected by a major event. This critical information allows RSA to be first on the scene to assist their customers.

This lecture takes us on a journey, exploring the complete life-cycle of the project, from the early stages of major event response to the present day cutting-edge initiatives showing how ArcGIS Server and Silverlight technology are helping RSA to keep their customers moving.
