Customer Features in your GIS-what's the value?

Denver Water has completed the effort to create customer features for each one of its approximately 235,000 customer service points. Denver Water started the project using the newly released ArcEngine in 2004 for field collection and continues to today’s application using customized desktop application built using ArcObjects to verify the field collection. This paper will describe methods used to collect GPS points and how the data is being used today for analysis, customer outages and planning.
