Mobile Application for Condition Assessment and Maintenance Activities

With a recently captured inventory of over 500 miles of wastewater pipeline and related appurtenances, in 2013 HRSD used ArcGIS Online to leverage our existing GIS investment and develop a process by which field crews could capture information on our asset condition and the corresponding maintenance activities with mobile devices. This data is now providing managers with an easily accessible glimpse of the maintenance efforts while also providing our operators with readily accessible information on system condition.
