New geoservices and location-based services (LBS) are evolving every day and are becoming more relevant to GIS application development. This session will cover use cases for integrating with different geoservices and how to leverage them in ArcGIS applications. It will also cover some of the challenges developers face when building these types of applications. Other topics will include the different types of geolocation services; crowd sourced data; real-time data feeds; mobile, desktop, and server design considerations; standards; and security.
