There are hundreds and maybe thousands of users using the Flex Sample Viewer for their Web 2.0 Websites. So how can you take the great functionality and power of the Flex Sample Viewer and give it a flare of your own and not have another cookie cutter Website. The Flex Sample Viewer has made deploying a Web 2.0 site so easy that you can have a site up and running with your data in 5 minutes or less, but now you have a site that looks like everyone else's that deployed their site using the defaults. So what are some steps and code changes that you can make to give it a flare of your own. How do you add a new widget from the code gallery? How do you go beyond using the two default style sheets provided and make one of your own. Do you want to add your own custom preloader. I will show you the steps necessary and provide lots of code samples that you can use to give your site some flare of its own.
