There is a looming crisis coming up!!
There will be shortage of GIS professionals in few years unless coordinated efforts are put in to address the situation. Educators, students, industry, non profit organizations need to coordinate the efforts to promote GIS education in schools. In the past, the efforts have been half hearted and seem to disappear after a short while.

Due to my volunteering efforts for past several years and working and mentoring students and educators, I have considerable amount of ideas to share with other interested parties.

All interested parties need to come together and work as a team to address this coming crisis.
