4H Service Project - Mapping Access to Horse Trails
Track: Teaching with GIS in Schools

Our community has horse trails for which the local and county Fire Departments do not have access points noted on their maps. We have georeferenced a map of the horse trails and marked both the access points and the substrate. The fire Departments will add this to their mapping systems.
We will discuss ways in which we have been assisted by local groups and businesses.
