New Student Guide: Middle School Students Use Mobile Mapping

Students created a guide to share favorite parks, libraries, churches, and fun things to do with students new to our school. Mobile mapping was done using iPads and phones using ArcGIS collector app. New students were able to get the information on their personal device and share with parents.
Collaboration and communication between students facilitated integration of new students into the school and the larger community. Students generated a welcoming feeling and enjoyed being of service.
