Building Capacity for Geospatial STEM Teacher Preparation

This presentation will report the outcomes of an NSF-funded project investigating how ArcGIS Online resources, materials and tools (RMTs) will potentially operate within interdisciplinary STEM pedagogical frameworks. Pre-service students in math, science and social science education programs at Texas State University were trained with the RMT. Additional testing was performed with state Geographic Alliances.
