Mentoring and Developing a Cross-Discipline ArcGIS Project

To provide an opportunity for cross-discipline collaboration, a technology teaching and learning department at a large university developed an opportunity for students from a variety of disciplines to collaborate on a 3D VR campus model project. With the director acting as the project manager, she worked with each student to develop a component of the project building upon the different subject areas. This allowed each student the opportunity to offer an area of expertise to the overall project.
