An exciting new partnership has been formed to engage university and high school students with scientists and land managers to restore and protect the Pebble Plains habitat found in the San Bernardino mountains. This partnership between the Univ of Redlands, Big Bear High School, Bear Valley Ed Trust, Forest Service, and Inland Empire Resource Conservation District is providing both valuable monitoring data as well as educational experiences to students in GIS and environmental science.
