Building Bridges to Build Capacity in Geospatial STEM Science

The positive impact that Geospatial Sci has on society continues to grow exponentially. As educators, we need to find ways to meet the demands for introducing Youth to the many career potentials in the field. We have found methods of “Building Bridges” through collaborations among industry professionals, Education colleagues and community organizations. Together, we will continue to make the world of GIS and other spatial sciences become a reality in the lives and careers of youth.
