Fort Lee, VA: The United States Army Sustainment Center of Excellence (SCOE) utilizes a Commercial Off the Shelf (COTS) System and emerging web based technologies with Esri software to power the SCOE Scheduling and Enterprise Resource Planning (SERP) System. This system provides military leaders and training centers with operational modeling and decision support tools. Due to space limitations, off site training is required to complete the mission. GIS functionality imbedded in the SERP System integrates multiple installations' assets to visually and graphically portray current and projected operations. The scheduling of assets can be optimized using the routing functionality for on-post and off site training locations.
