Sharing Current Data and Future Plans with our Customers The goal for the project was a "one-stop-shop" for current facilities information: 1. facility data including energy usage and maintenance requests; 2. facility documents and drawings from as-builts to warranty information; 3. future facility projects including renovation, demolition, and construction. The presentation will discuss the process followed from user interviews to the final product. Issues discussed will include challenges presented by NMCI and NAVFAC Corporate GIS constraints and how these challenges were addressed; establishing data owners and data maintenance processes; rollout and user training. A "live" demonstration of the final product will be included.
