Our users needed to have random access to their vast catalogs of satellite and aerial imagery. Finding a way to publish customized map services that would be available over the web steered us towards the ArcGIS Server Image extension. This discussion will show how we used the ArcGIS Server Image extension and other GIS techniques to overcome the technical hurdles we faced and find viable solutions for our user's needs. Our solution allows our users to easily create on-demand streaming map services to fit their needs.
