Organizations in all industries routinely incorporate security functionality in GIS solutions, thereby protecting the confidentiality and integrity of information and targeting information to the right audience. This session will discuss a pattern approach to secure enterprise GIS across Esri product lines and provide guidance on which security technologies and standards are relevant based on organizational needs. This session will cover how Esri is working to support successful, secure GIS solutions by incorporating security features in its products; supporting the integration of third-party security products; and supporting business partners and customers in the certification, accreditation, and operation of these solutions. The session will also invite feedback on current security issues and concerns, thereby helping Esri forge and maintain an effective and responsive security strategy.
