ArcGIS 10 Templates for the US Army Corps of Engineers Real Estate Program

The US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Real Estate Community of Practice is in the process of creating or converting geospatial data for all land parcels and assets in accordance with the SDSDFIE 3.0 USACE Real Property specification. In order to aid in creating and viewing real estate data, a Parcel Viewer Template was created for ArcGIS 10. This provides users with the SDSFIE 3.0 adaptation template, sample data, and a base map so real estate data can be created, visualized and used to support the Corps' real estate mission. The template includes an application that utilizes ArcGIS Server to search and display SDSFIE 3.0 compliant data, a base map template, and sample real estate data. This presentation will review success with and future opportunities for use of templates at ArcGIS 10.
