Emerging Priorities and Direction for the DISDI Program, 2011

The Secretary of Defense recently challenged leaders in the Department to seek greater efficiencies, and effectively "do more without more." The program manager of the Defense Installation Spatial Data Infrastructure Program (DISDI) will demonstrate how new developments in policy, standardized data and standardized processes are reducing redundant acquisition and improving the effectiveness of defense business missions across the board. Highlights will include DISDI's ever increasing collaboration with NGA, and an effort to promote enterprise portfolio management methods.
